Walid I. DZIRI embarked on his professional journey in the shipping industry in 1993, starting at African Shipping Agency, a dedicated set up for containers ex USA to Tunisia and Trailers between France and North Africa. Over the years, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience through various roles and training periods.

From 1993 to 1995, Walid I. DZIRI worked as an employee, laying the foundation for his career in the maritime sector. During this time, he familiarized himself with the operations and commercial aspects of the shipping industry.

In 1995, Walid I. DZIRI transitioned to managerial positions within African Shipping Agency, where he played a crucial role in developing the liner agency for ACLN and representing Car Carriers, bulk, and cruise owners. His success at Zarzis port between 1999 and 2003, particularly in car carriers and FPSO assistance, showcased his leadership and operational abilities.

In October 2005, Walid I. DZIRI took a significant step in his career by founding All Seas Shipping Agency. As the Founder and CEO, he led the agency to secure partnerships with first class companies such as X-Press Feeders, Admiral Container Lines, CH Robinson, OPDR Hamburg and other famous names. His strategic vision and leadership contributed to the agency’s growth and success in the competitive shipping industry.

His career has led him to develop and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. Recognized by the shipping community, he was elected Vice-President of the Tunisian Chamber of Ships Agents.

In 2016, Walid I. DZIRI initiated the transition of his group to international expansion structing the group with a holding, implementing a board and governance creating PANGEA SHIPPING GROUP that has now subsidiaries in West Med.

Walid I. DZIRI holds a Master’s degree with special distinction from the High Institute of Commercial Studies (H.E.C.) Carthage, which he earned in 1993. Prior to this, he achieved a High School Diploma with special distinction from El Menzah’s High School (Lycée Peres Blancs) in 1988.

Walid I. DZIRI’s leadership abilities and fluency in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish play a key role in his success in the shipping industry. With his  experience, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence, he continues to make significant contributions into the North Africa/West med maritime trades and business development initiatives.
